🐑🥚 Nursery rhymes came to life in kindergarten this week!

Students have been busy learning, creating, and experimenting! After learning about “Baa Baa Black Sheep,” students used their creativity to make their own black sheep. 🐑

Then, after learning about “Humpty Dumpty,” students took on an exciting challenge—designing a way to protect their own Humpty Dumpty during an egg drop! 🥚

We loved seeing students put their creativity and problem-solving skills to work—and their reactions when Humpty Dumpty took the big fall were priceless! ❤️

To review their learning about fables and folktales, Wildflower students got creative with The Tale of Peter Rabbit! 🥕🐇

Students worked hard to create their own puppets and backgrounds before putting on puppet shows to retell the story for their classmates. What a fun way to bring reading, creativity, and storytelling together! ❤️📖

🏃‍♀️ What’s Happening in P.E. with Mr. Beam? 🏃‍♂️

Wildflower students are off to a great start in P.E.! ❤️🌼

👟 K–1: Learning how to move safely in the gym and how safety rules help us have fun while avoiding collisions.

💪 2–3: Exploring how our bodies stay healthy and how the choices we make—including movement and nutrition—affect our health.

🏅 4–5: Challenging their fitness through cardiovascular and strength activities while learning how to be R.O.A.R. leaders both inside and outside the gym!

P.E. Reminder: Please help students come ready to move with comfortable clothes, closed-toe sneakers, and a water bottle.

And parents… don’t be surprised if your Wildflower student challenges you to a 1-minute sit-up contest! 😄💪
