Emergency Medical 2 is a beginner friendly classroom workshop focused on CPR awareness, AED overview, emergency response, scene safety, and being better prepared in real world situations.

At 5 PM, there is an optional open discussion and meet and greet with John “Tig” Tiegen. This is a casual hour where you can ask questions, talk about medical readiness, preparedness, fi****ms, safety, or the mayor race, and get to know Tig, what he knows, and what he stands for.

The actual class starts at 6 PM and runs for 1 hour.

Defensive Mindset and Tactics 1

This basic classroom workshop is built for everyday people who want to be more aware, more prepared, and more confident in real world situations.

Classes run every Monday through Wednesday with rotating subjects.

Each session starts with open Q&A with Benghazi Warrior John “TIG” Tiegen. Free and unlimited.

After the Q&A, the classroom portion is limited to 15 students max.

This class focuses on building a strong defensive mindset, improving situational awareness, and developing confident decision making in everyday environments.
