Yesterday, the Project CREST Team received the CU Presidential Inclusive Excellence Award, a testament to our tireless efforts to reimagine faculty evaluation processes, reshape how we regard research, and co-create a more inclusive, caring academic culture. We are humbled to be recognized for our work over the last four years, empowering our extraordinary faculty to continue changing lives, transforming society, and expanding our understanding of the world.

Smith to go on loan to the National Science Foundation as Program Director 07/19/2024

Our fearless leader Jessi L. Smith heads to the NSF in August to serve as a Program Director for the Social Psychology Program! The Project CREST Team will miss her in our final grant year, but we are excited to see her fulfill this lifelong dream!

The Project CREST team engaged in a productive and enriching experience with colleagues from across the nation at the Equity in STEM Annual Convening in Baltimore, where numerous ideas, resources, hugs (and tacos) were shared over three days. Cultural transformation requires a dedicated team, and we are grateful to work alongside such remarkable individuals. ❤️
