CONGRATS to this well deserved young lady on her purple belt!! 💜🎉💜 Macie has been an excellent training partner and has joined me on multiple classes helping me teach women’s self defense classes in and outside of our school. She is also an amazing human and if you’ve met her, you already know. ♥️

He has been consistently coming to morning classes for a couple of years now and has shown significant improvements also competing a few times to challenge himeself. A few more leveled up! Huge congrats to Aaron on his yellow belt. Well deserved!! 💛 This kiddo puts in work and has a great attitude. Also congrats to Esme on her 3rd brown belt stripe, Coach Carlos on his 4th brown belt stripe, Edgar on his 2nd purple belt stripe, Cynthia on her 4th purple belt stripe and me 💁🏻‍♀️on my 2nd brown belt stripe.

I’m so incredibly grateful for these fierce yet compassionate women in my life! I LOVE that even when I can’t be there, my team steps in. And I love how every one continues to show up. This program was never about me, but about US! Building a stronger women’s community in BJJ is crucial. So many schools are doing a fantastic job of this and I’m blessed we get to be part of it. ♥️

To the ladies out there watching who are curious but maybe a little nervous to try, just give it a try! You will love it! FREE every Thursday night at 6pm. 💪🏽 Take advantage of all the free resources in town! West side has one as well as a couple or other schools. Check em out!
