Welcome to our new AEES Staff—

Hey all! My name is Tiara Hanson and I just moved to Colorado Springs from Iowa this summer. My husband and I share 3 kids (24, 21, & 10) and 3 dogs. I love to bake and have plans to start my own bakery sometime in the near future! I also umpire youth softball. I am a very active person so I am looking forward to all that the area has to offer! Please welcome our new staff—Jacqueline Winter! My name is Jackie Winter, and I am excited to be joining Academy Endeavour Elementary.

I have lived in Colorado Springs my whole life. My husband and I have been married for 13 years, and we have three amazing children: a 12-year-old son, a 10-year-old daughter, and a 7-year-old daughter. All three of our children attend Academy District 20.

For the past four years, I have been a preschool teacher at Wilson Christian Preschool. I was fortunate to work alongside an amazing team that taught me so much. I have wanted to work with children for as long as I can remember, so being part of a school community truly means a lot to me.

I earned my Lead Teacher certification through Pikes Peak State College and am currently working toward my bachelor’s degree in Education.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to join Academy Endeavour Elementary, and I cannot wait to meet the students, families, and staff. I look forward to building meaningful relationships and contributing to a positive learning environment.

Hi my name is Ashley Welshiemer. I was born and raised in Southern California and am married to my high school sweetheart. We have two amazing boys, ages 8 and 10, and we made the move to Colorado five years ago - we have loved it ever since! I am thrilled to work with such a fantastic, dedicated group of educators! As we begin this new school year, I look forward to building meaningful connections with my students and helping them grow and achieve success. I can’t wait to experience all the opportunities and accomplishments Academy Endeavour will have!
