Anissa brings dedication, compassion, and a heart for serving children, families, and our staff every single day. From supporting our teachers and ensuring classrooms are running smoothly to building meaningful relationships with families, she is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where every child can thrive.

She plays an essential role in overseeing our daily operations, maintaining high-quality standards, supporting licensing compliance, and helping our team provide the exceptional care that The Lighthouse is known for.

One of the things we appreciate most about Ms. Anissa is her willingness to jump in wherever she's needed. Whether she's helping in a classroom, welcoming new families, coaching teachers, or solving challenges that go on behind the scenes, she leads with a servant's heart and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
