Meet Patsy Prather, founder of Patsy by Design, LLC π
Patsy is an Intentional Living Coach, Human Design Practitioner, community builder, and the self-proclaimed **"Gratitude Queen."** Her mission is simple but powerful: help women stop living by everyone else's expectations and start living by design.
Her journey into coaching began during one of life's hardest seasons. As families navigated serious health challenges, women reached out to Patsy looking for honest, practical guidance. Those conversations became the foundation for a coaching framework she has refined over the past seven years-one built on compassion, structure, and real-life tools that create lasting change.
Patsy believes you don't have to overhaul your life overnight. Small, intentional steps taken consistently can completely transform your future.
Today, she helps women reclaim their voice, discover their Human Design, and build lives that feel aligned, authentic, and uniquely their own.
β¨ **Current Offerings**
β’ **By Design** β A 4-week intentional living intensive.
β’ **The Invitation** β A foundational Human Design session to help you understand how you're uniquely wired.
π Patsy's favorite reminder:
"You don't have to be perfect. You just have to begin."*

Meet **Kam Fletcher**, the woman behind **The Haphazard Sourdough Baker** ππ
Kam isn't just teaching people how to bake bread, she's helping them discover that perfection isn't the goal.
Ten years ago, Kam learned sourdough from her son, a professional baker and chef who trained at Ken Forkish's award-winning bakery. While many encouraged her to sell her bread, Kam knew her true passion was teaching.
When COVID changed everything, she pivoted and found a way to bring people together through something simple, comforting, and delicious. Today, she teaches people of all ages how to make sourdough fit into real life - without the stress, rigid schedules, or intimidation.
From birthday parties and bachelorette celebrations to date nights, team-building events, children's classes, and family gatherings, Kam brings the experience right into your home. She also provides ongoing support so every student feels confident long after class ends.
She's called **The Haphazard Sourdough Baker** for a reason. Through countless mistakes, she's learned that simple recipes still create something beautiful - and she encourages others to embrace that same grace in the kitchen and in life.
π₯ One thing Kam wishes more people knew:
Anyone can make healthy, delicious sourdough bread easily and affordably.
π Currently obsessed with:
**Sourdough Pop-Tarts!** The kids loved them first... now the adults want in too.
β¨ Special Offer:
Book a class for **5 people by July 31st**, and the **5th person attends FREE!**

Meet Sara Miley, the heart behind Sara Miley LLC π
Sara is a Trauma Healing & Lifestyle Design Coach who helps people reconnect with themselves, heal old wounds, and create lives that feel more aligned, meaningful, and fulfilling.
After beginning her own healing journey years ago, Sara discovered that true transformation isn't about fixing what's broken - it's about understanding yourself with compassion and creating space for growth. Today, she combines trauma-informed coaching, psycho-spiritual practices, and lifestyle design to help her clients move from surviving to thriving.
What makes Sara's work so special is her belief that healing isn't reserved for people with a major trauma history. Many of us carry stress, limiting beliefs, unhealthy patterns, and emotional burdens that quietly shape our lives. Sara helps her clients uncover those hidden roadblocks and create lasting change from the inside out.
She's especially passionate about helping people reclaim their sense of purpose, build healthier relationships, and design lives that feel authentic to who they truly are.
And her impact doesn't stop with individuals. Sara also works with organizations and businesses, helping create healthier workplace cultures through trauma-informed leadership and communication.
When she's not coaching, you might find her enjoying a performance by Cirque du Soleil, practicing aerial arts, or exploring some of her favorite local spots around Colorado Springs.
If you've ever felt like there's "something more" available for your life but weren't sure how to get there, Sara is the kind of guide who can help you find your way. β¨
