Fr. Walshe's book serves as a guide for parents seeking to help their children remain faithful to the Church throughout their lives. In this presentation, he'll explore the role Catholic education plays in forming young people rooted in truth, beauty and goodness, prepared to reflect Christ in an increasingly secular world.

This lecture series reflects the ideas of Western civilization that shape the curriculum and culture of Colorado Springs' first classical Catholic high school, and is designed to continue forming families and supporters in the mission of the school.

A Norbertine Canon of St. Michael’s Abbey in Orange County, Calif., Fr. Walshe is a nationally sought-after speaker, retreat master and author known for making Catholic theology, philosophy and spiritual formation accessible to contemporary audiences.

On August 24, he will explore the role Catholic education can play in helping parents raise children who continue to practice their faith into adulthood.
