My love for music started at a very early age. My mom used to say I would sing myself to sleep as a baby. I started taking voice lessons as a 7 year old, and continued for over 15 years. I received a music degree and graduated from Oral Roberts University in 2012. Since then I have worked as a Music Director at a church in Maryland, a Performing Arts Teacher in a school in San Diego, a Vocal Direc
tor at a church in San Diego, a worship leader, recording artist, songwriter, and a voice/piano teacher in multiple cities. I am well versed in classical, musical theater, worship, and contemporary styles of music. At Bears Music Academy, your aspiring artist will learn how to read music, how to sing or play a variety of songs as well as songs that your child finds interesting, and how to perform in front of a small (Covid-19 friendly) audience. My goal is that your kiddo will grow in confidence as they learn some awesome skills! We are new to Colorado Springs and I would love to connect with you!
