Springtime in the Rockies can be an interesting experience for sure.

We live at 9400 feet so we get snow, and then mud before getting the dryer seasons.

It is beautiful up here, but so glad that the birds are back, and that soon we will see flowers and green again!

Today I had a wonderful meetup with a fellow business owner, who I’d just met by reaching out through LinkedIn. It was a wonderful way to get more energized about my mission of helping others to reach their success, by talking to someone else with a similar drive.

Connection and community are an important piece of the puzzle, to experiencing a healthy and balanced life.

Reach out to someone, make a new friend, reconnect with an old one, you will be happy that you did.

This new friend reminded me that I need to share a bit about myself, on occasion, so I am including pictures of some flowers that I have on my porch. I love these tough little flowers. I call them “Happy Flowers”.
