Everyone has a unique way that they receive love. 👇

It’s important to learn how to speak your partner’s love language. It is equally important to open communication with each other and to tell your partner how you receive love and what the history behind it is.

Sometimes it doesn’t feel natural to express love in the way that our partners need. This typically happens when we didn’t experience receiving that form of love.

BUT, it doesn’t mean you can’t learn or even master showing love in a new way. I want to challenge you to step out of your comfort zone. Start a new habit around showing love in a new way.

Listen to this week’s episode of Married Well the Podcast for more tips on how speaking your partner’s love languages can level-up your relationship.💗

It’s easy to feel resentful when your needs aren’t being met. 👇

For most couples who feel unbalanced in their relationship, guilt is playing a role. Either they feel guilty for asking for what they need, so they never do, and become burnt out. Or they become resentful when their partner asks for what they need because their own needs aren’t met. 💔

This is not sustainable! You can ditch the guilt and rebalance your relationship.

👂Make sure to listen to this week’s episode. I share how to get rid of guilt in your relationship. You can find Married Well the Podcast anywhere you listen to podcasts.

You can’t solve a problem if you can’t talk about it ⬇️

It’s easy to feel resentment when you have invisible labor that goes unnoticed. You begin to feel burnt out and your marriage becomes unbalanced.

Couples tend to fall into two traps when it comes to unseen labor.

Mindset Trap

Conflict Trap

Both traps can keep you from making your marriage work. This is why it’s VERY important to talk to your partner. Set time aside during a calm moment to discuss invisible labor and bring balance back into your marriage. 💕
