Over the weekend I had the pleasure of working with some stellar students. We worked on solidifying the fundamentals and improving confidence.

With this shooter we worked on loosening her grip on the pistol. By tightening the grip, your hands and wrists will fatigue quicker and begin experiencing microtremors which affect your accuracy. Hers was a result of a gun she had shot previously that had a lot of recoil and she compensated for that. After trying a few of ours, she decided to trade hers in. So now I get to go shopping with her and help her pick the one that’s right for her!

NRA basic pistol certification. Stellar performance, really enjoyed shooting with this group looking forward to next week.
