"Ms. Rachel is showing outstanding responsibility by embracing her brand new role as our attendance secretary. Transitioning from paraprofessional to the welcoming face of our school is no small task and she has handled it with grace and positivity! Juggling all the responsibilities and tasks has not gone unnoticed and we know you are going to continue to be a warm face for staff, students, and parents. We are so grateful to have you as the friendly face that helps keep our school running smoothly."

"Rachel is absolutely crushing it! I have been so impressed by the way she takes on challenges head-on and approaches her new role at RES with such a strong growth mindset. She is willing to learn, ask questions, jump in, and figure things out—and she does it all with a positive attitude. Rachel’s dedication to our school community is evident in so many ways. She recently joined the Sunshine Committee, is part of the Renaissance Fam, and is helping with Popcorn Fridays again this year. And honestly, that is just the beginning! Rachel is always willing to step in and help wherever she is needed.

❤️Staffulty of the Week: James Masters 💛

James is being recognized for INITIATIVE 🏹.

"I would like to nominate and recognize James for being incredibly competent in his role and for doing his job with such dedication and positivity. James consistently takes initiative—when he sees a need, he meets the need.

He seems to walk miles around my classroom each day as he moves from student to student, offering both emotional and academic support. He meets students exactly where they are while continuing to hold high expectations, and he does it all with patience, thoughtfulness, and reassurance.

I feel incredibly blessed to have him in my classroom again this year. His presence makes such a positive difference for our students and for me. He also continually steps up to support our entire school community, willingly covering duties and taking on responsibilities whenever there is a need.

He is the kind of person who sees what needs to be done and simply gets to work. His dedication, positivity, and initiative make him an incredible asset to our classroom and our school community. We are so lucky to have him!"
