🌟 Our staff spotlight this week is on Coach Trinity! 🌟

Trinity has been coaching at TNF for five years. She is our Preschool Director, designing developmentally appropriate lesson plans for all of our preschool classes. She also is the head coach of our Silver team and runs a very popular Tumbling class. We’re so grateful to have her around!

Toddler Tumble Time is a safe, guided play experience for preschool students aged 1-5 years old. Come join Coach Trinity and Coach Sulaf for our Toddler Tumble Time this Saturday 9/12 from 12:45-1:30pm for just $15 per child! Pre-registration is required.

Open Workout 9/5 — CANCELLED

We will be cancelling the Open Workout scheduled for today (Saturday, September 5th) due to low enrollment.

Our next Open Workout will be Saturday, September 19th from 12:30-1:30pm. Email us to sign up (pre-registration is required)!

Our Staff Spotlight is back for the fall to introduce you to each of our amazing coaches... First up is Coach Jalaina!

Jalaina has been coaching at TNF since 2018, though she spent some time away at school studying to earn her Doctorate of Audiology. She is stepping in as our Location Director before she starts her new job as an Audiologist later this fall. Read her bio to learn more about her!

⚾ We are so excited to announce another session of Ball Sports classes beginning the week of 9/7!

⚽ Open to kids ages 3-6, Ball Sports is an 8-week program designed to teach the fundamentals of various sports. Classes are 40 minutes and will consist of a warm up, drills, and a game related to the sport of the week!
