✨ WHAT A WAY TO KICK OFF 25! ✨
Our GJDC August Open House was AMAZING! 💜🖤✨

We had such a fun-filled Saturday celebrating our studio, our dancers, and the start of an extra-special season!

From face painting 🎨 and dance classes 💃 to shirt giveaways 👕, raffles 🎟️, lots of smiles, and SO much fun, our studio was absolutely buzzing!

We were especially excited to welcome a full house of new GJDC families who came to register and join our dance family, along with so many of our amazing alumni who stopped by to say hello and celebrate with us. 🥹💜 There is truly nothing like seeing our GJDC family—past, present, and future—all under one roof!

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make our Open House so special. We can't wait to share some of our favorite moments with you in the photos below! 📸✨

Meet Aryanna Robinson! 💜🖤

Miss Aryanna is going into her 3rd year teaching at GJDC and brings positive energy and encouraging spirit into every class! She loves creating a space where dancers can have fun, build confidence, and feel proud of themselves! She has continued her dance education while teaching at GJDC and has been certified in Acrobatic Arts Module 1 and is a certified Tap Roots teacher! 🩰✨

A few fun facts about Miss Aryanna:
🌟 She is an elementary school special education teacher!
🎶 She LOVES hot dogs and chocolate milkshakes!

Meet Madison Dansey! 💜🖤

Mrs. Madison is going into her 5th year teaching at GJDC and brings lots of energy, plenty of laughs, and a love for all things dance, and makes every class a fun place to learn, grow, and shine! She has continued her dance education while teaching at GJDC and has been certified in Acrobatic Arts Module 1 & 2, Aerials & Back Handsprings, Flexibility & Contortion, and Preschool Acro and is a certified Tap Roots teacher!🩰✨

A few fun facts about Mrs. Madison:
🌟Her favorite singers are Niall Horan & Alex Warren!
🎶 She LOVEs the Pink Cotton Candy Alani Nu!
✨ She loves spending time watching Marvel movies with her husband, Austin!

🚨🚨 RESCHEDULED DUE TO ILLNESS 🚨🚨

Unfortunately, Mr Khalil will have to reschedule his PRO class today due to illness.

We will, however, still be holding our 12pm Open Class with one of our amazing instructors!! Sorry for any inconvenience. We look forward to seeing you today at OPEN HOUSE and be looking for Khalil's PRO class rescheduled date later this month.

💜 More Than Just Dance

Our Summer Bootcamps are about SO much more than learning choreography! ✨
Yes, our dancers are dancing, sweating, stretching, strengthening, and working hard to build technique and skills that will carry them into the new season. But some of the most important lessons happening in that studio aren’t about dance at all. 💫

They’re learning how to work together, encourage one another, communicate, persevere, step outside their comfort zones, and believe in themselves. They’re learning that hard work matters, that challenges can be overcome, and that being part of a team means showing up for each other.

There are plenty of laughs, a few sore muscles, lots of repetition 😂 and SO much growth happening along the way!
We love watching our dancers grow not only as performers, but as confident, kind, resilient young people. That’s what GJDC is all about. 💜

Dance is the foundation. The life lessons are the legacy. ✨

25 years of building dancers, friendships, confidence, and memories… and we’re just getting started! 💜⭐
