🚚💜 GJDC GIVES BACK! 💜🚚

This past Saturday, our GJDC dancers and families had such a fun day volunteering at the Junior League of Richmond’s Touch a Truck at Richmond Raceway!

Our crew spent the day doing face painting, temporary tattoos, and LOTS of glitter for the kids attending the event. 🎨✨ The rain even held off until the very end, making for a wonderful and successful day!

Touch a Truck is a family-friendly event that gives children the chance to see, touch, climb aboard, and learn about all kinds of vehicles—from emergency and construction vehicles to some seriously BIG trucks! 🚒🚜

The event is hosted by the Junior League of Richmond, an organization dedicated to developing women leaders and creating meaningful community impact through volunteer service and collaboration.

This event is extra special to GJDC because our owner, Mrs Genia, has been a Junior League of Richmond member and volunteer for the past nine years and has served as both a Touch a Truck committee member and past Chair. We love being able to bring our GJDC families alongside us to give back to our community! 💜

At GJDC, we believe some of the most important lessons our dancers learn happen outside the studio—serving others, giving back, and being part of something bigger than themselves.

Thank you to all of our dancers and families who volunteered! We are so proud of you! 💜🖤

25 years of dance. 25 years of family. 25 years of community. ✨
