☀️ What a day at the Glad Days Parade! ☀️

It was definitely a HOT one 🥵☀️, but our Zion Lutheran School students, alumni, families, staff, and volunteers powered through and represented our school with smiles (and plenty of water! 💦).

One of the best parts of the day was seeing current students, former students, and even Zion alumni parents celebrating together. It’s a wonderful reminder that Zion isn’t just a school—it’s a community that spans generations.

Our classroom-themed float gave us the opportunity to share a glimpse of what makes Zion so special: Christ-centered learning, caring teachers, lasting friendships, and a place where students grow in both faith and knowledge.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped decorate, ride, walk, hand out goodies, wave to the crowd, and cheer us on along the parade route. We couldn’t have done it without you!

If you saw us today and have been thinking about Christian education, we’d love to welcome your family. ❤️ We are now enrolling students in Preschool (3 years old by September 1) through 8th grade for the 2026–2027 school year.

We hope to see you again next month at the Stiftungsfest Parade as we continue celebrating our Zion family and sharing what makes our school so special! ❤️🖤

🚜 We’re Parade Ready! 📚✝️

We had a great time today building and decorating our classroom-themed float for the Glad Days Parade! A huge thank you to all of the volunteers who gave their time, talents, and creativity to help bring our vision to life. We are so blessed by the support of our Zion family!

We can’t wait to represent Zion Lutheran School and share a little of what makes our school so special with our community.

If you’re celebrating Glad Days with us this coming weekend, be sure to stop by our booth at Kids Fest on Friday evening (July 24) to say hello, meet some of our school family, and learn more about the Christ-centered education Zion Lutheran School has to offer. Then, watch for our classroom-themed float in the Glad Days Parade on Sunday (July 26) and give us a wave!
