Elaine went from Senior Class President to a full scholarship college dropout much to her parents' dismay. She worked in everything from retail to environmental engineering to global telecom -- finally falling in love with startups and entrepreneurship. This led to her starting a boutique venture fund investing in restaurants and hospitality tech. She mentors entrepreneurs and is advising the James Beard Foundation’s Women’s Leadership Programs. Elaine is a mom of 3 kids with diverse futures - 21yo artist/entrepreneur daughter (no college), 15yo hopeful college bound son, and a 13yo creator son.

Anieca spent most of her formative years growing up overseas, and although a product of the international school system, she credits her travels as her true education. Anieca struggled to find her place academically, however immersed herself in music and the dramatic arts to build confidence and find her voice. Taking the traditional education route, she graduated with a BA in Theater, and has worked in both for-profit and non-profit spaces such as telecom startups, experiential education, and in architectural and engineering foundations. Volunteering throughout her professional career with organizations that empower students to find their voice and recognize their true gifts, proved to be her true superpower. Anieca is now using her education, experience, and passion all in one place, and looks forward to witnessing students finding their voice and making a mark on the world.

Jean was the class clown, prom queen, a Student Council officer, active in theatre, and worked at an aquarium in high school.

Despite having different interests, she followed a traditional college track, got her BA in Communications, and eventually, after much soul-searching working overseas in the UK, returned back to the US to get her MS in Education.

This marked a pivotal change in her life’s trajectory
as she found her passion in education and social impact. Jean has an extensive educational background, as she is a credentialed school counselor, managed multiple international high school and college programs in Europe, Asia, and Oceania, and has also facilitated middle school development workshops domestically in the U.S.

With over 15 years of experience working with young adults, Jean has seen amazing change-makers unlock their potential through diverse life tracks, and realized quickly that college is just one option...but it is not the only option.
