🤩 HA ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT

💚 Dr. Frank Menchavez, Class of 2004

I attended Holy Angels since I was in the 1st grade, graduating in the Class of 2004. Since graduating, I have since perused a life of clinical work and academia. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Dominican University of California in 2012 and I continued my education obtaining a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology in 2019.

My career has been fruitful thus far, working in integrated health care settings, Emergency Rooms, and teaching as a graduate studies professor. Today, I continue to enjoy my work and the impact I have had on the lives of my patients while balancing an amazing family life with my wife and two children.

HA has taught me so much about leaning on your community to help you reach your goals. I would not be where I am without the support of the community built within Holy Angels. Through my education, guidance from the faculty and staff, and involvement within the community in coaching for over 10 years, I have nothing but feelings of gratefulness and gratitude to my years at HA. No matter where my life takes me, I will forever be proud to be a graduate of Holy Angels! 🙌🏽👏🏽💪🏽🔥😇💚

After 26 years of dedicated service to Holy Angels School, we say thank you and congratulations to our beloved custodian, Mr. Jose, on his retirement!

For more than two decades, Mr. Jose has helped keep our campus clean, safe, and welcoming for generations of students, families, and staff. His hard work, kindness, and quiet dedication have been a blessing to our HA school community.

Happy Birthday & Happy Retirement! 🎉🍎

Today we celebrate a very special milestone as we honor both the birthday and retirement of Mrs. Cheryl Simon, who has dedicated 19 years to our HA school community.

For a total of 38 years in education, 19 of them, here at Holy Angels, Mrs. Simon has been the foundation of our Kindergarten and 1st grade learners, welcoming generations of students into the joy of school. Through engaging lessons,
creative learning centers, meaningful activities, and endless patience, she has helped build the confidence, curiosity, and love of learning that would guide her students for years to come.
Whether teaching kindergarten or first grade, Mrs. Simon has had a special gift for making every child feel valued, capable, and loved. Her classroom has been a place where learning came alive and where countless memories were made.
Mrs. Simon, thank you for your dedication, compassion, and the lasting impact you have made on our HA school community.

Today we celebrate our amazing preschool graduates as they take their next big step toward kindergarten! We are so proud of all they have learned, the friendships they have made, and the joy they have brought to our school community.
