Sunny Days Daycare has been an established business for over 20 years with our hands on owner/director JoAnn Egan. Our staff actively interacts with the children with nurturing and loving care. Our daycare provides large but cozy rooms for each age group filled with age appropriate toys and learning tools. The infant room provides individual cribs, high chairs, rocking chairs, a couch for mothers
to breast feed comfortably if desired, mats for floor activities, swings and bouncers. Our young toddler room curriculum consists of daily projects to promote basic motor skills and to encourage verbal, learning and communication skills. The older toddler room curriculum includes more advanced, monthly themed daily projects, hands on activities, introduction to potty training, and help to instill manners. Our preschool room offers a nursery school program from 9-11:30 Monday through Friday in which the children practice number and letter recognition, writing names, early math skills, more advanced daily projects to introduce scissors, pencils and inspire self-creativity. We also provide before and after school care and are on the Canton schools bus route. In all rooms we offer two snacks a day, juice, milk and water. When weather permits preschool and toddlers may enjoy the on-site spacious playground while the infants enjoy a nice walk in buggies. Preschool may also enjoy the blacktop area with bikes, scooters, and chalk play. Birth to three are always welcome in our building. We accept Care 4 Kids, offer affordable pricing, and full and part time care is available.
