Field Day is scheduled for this Monday 23rd. But we have back up day on Tuesday 24th if the weather cancels us on Monday. As of now both days have similar forecasts. As you know, the forecasts change nearly every day, so we will continue to keep watch.
Please plan for Monday and send students in cool, but school appropriate clothes, and tennis shoes. Sunscreen is highly recommended to be applied before coming to school.
Permission notes must be signed and returned in order for playtime on the inflatable bounce house and slide.
We will provide each student with a snowcone and bag of popcorn at the end of the day. Concessions will be open selling drinks and snacks. This is primarily for spectators and volunteers working the event.
Students will either bring a sack lunch from home or request a school provided sack lunch. Water cups are available all day on the field.
Parents, family and friends are encouraged to come and watch their children in their events. But students must remain with their grade level group and teachers.
At the end of the events, students will return to class to finish out their fun day of activities. If parents choose to check them out and have them leave with them from the stadium, they MUST sign them out with their teacher.
Anyone willing to volunteer to assist with events on the field, or work concessions please contact us asap. We need your help. We begin at 9:00am.
