It’s go time! Are you ready?

- Have you had a physical? Be sure to bring it tomorrow.
- Drink water all day today.
- Eat a healthy dinner.
- Go to be bed early and get plenty of sleep.
- Eat breakfast before going to practice! (You can even prepare something tonight to make it easier in the morning.)
- Repeat all season: hydrate, eat, sleep.

Do the work off the field so that you can perform your best on the field!

The 26-27 CMS and CHS Athletic seasons are quickly approaching. All 7th-12th grade student athletes will need a sports physical before their 1st day of practice/tryout. Collinsville Unit 10 along with SIHF Healthcare will have a clinic coming to the high school in a few weeks to take care of those physical’s. See the attached for more info 🟣⚪️
