Fieldale Collinsville High School opened in 1965, drawing its student body from among four rival Henry County high schools. The Class of 1966, were the first 140 students to end their high school careers as Cavaliers. For Fieldale Collinsville High School students in 1965-66, highlights included "playing sports and cruising around Ayer's and Jan's (drive-in restaurants)." The Cavalier, who has ser

ved as the school's mascot since it opened in 1965, fittingly received the last diploma of the last graduating class of Fieldale Collinsville High School in June 2004. It became the decision of becoming Fieldale Collinsville Middle School in the fall of 2004 due to consolidating of county funds.
