Our Pink Out Pilates fundraiser has taken on an even deeper meaning this week💗
We recently learned of a local District 90 family whose mom was placed on hospice Sunday after battling breast cancer.
Unfortunately, she passed away last night.
She leaves behind her family, including a kindergartner and a 2nd grader.
Out of respect for them, I will be keeping all identifying information completely private. This loss is incredibly fresh, and this family deserves the space and privacy to grieve without their names or story being shared publicly.
But we CAN quietly show up for them.
For every Pink Out Pilates spot sold, $10 will be donated to this family. We would love to raise at least $200, and all donations collected will be combined to purchase practical gift cards for things like DoorDash, pizza, and Walmart.
Nothing complicated. Nothing they need to coordinate.
Just meals, groceries, and a few things taken off their plate while they navigate something no family should have to navigate.
