Morrow’s Parent Playbook/Parent Orientation Night was a HUGE success this evening! 🎉
Our parents and guardians learned more about the upcoming school year, important expectations, and ways we can work together to support their students. While the grown-ups were learning, our students enjoyed popsicles on the playground with some of our amazing teachers—and everyone went home with a new book to enjoy! 📚🍧
Thank you to all of our Morrow families who came out tonight! We are so excited for another amazing year together! ♥️

🌟 Great Expectations in Action! 🌟

Our 3rd Grade Team is doing an amazing job creating a positive start to each day through our daily Great Expectations time! ❤️🖤

Each morning, students have intentional opportunities to focus on relationship building, social-emotional skills, character development, communication, and creating a strong classroom community. These moments help our students feel connected, valued, and ready to learn.

We are so proud of our 3rd grade teachers for making this time meaningful and helping our students grow not only as learners, but as people! 🐏❤️

Come partner with us as we work together to set your student up for a successful school year! 🌟 You’ll have the opportunity to:

🏫 Learn what your student’s day looks like
📚 Discover ways to support learning at home
✏️ Learn about classroom expectations and procedures
❤️ Find out what Morrow is all about!

Childcare will be available for Kinder–5th grade students on our playgrounds, supervised by Morrow staff, so parents can focus on learning, connecting, and asking questions.

We can’t wait to welcome our Morrow families and kick off a great year together! 🐏❤️🖤

🚗 BACK LOOP ZIPPER MERGE 🚗

To help keep our back loop moving safely and smoothly, we’ll be using a zipper merge during arrival and dismissal.

A few important reminders:
❤️ Use BOTH lanes as you enter the back loop.
➡️ Stay in your lane until you reach the cone/merge point.
🚘 At the merge point, the RIGHT lane goes first, then the LEFT lane.
🔁 Continue alternating one car at a time: RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT.
🐢 Please drive slowly, leave space, and follow staff directions.

Using both lanes and taking turns at the merge point will help us keep traffic flowing while keeping our students safe.
