Congratulations!!!
The following FFA Members were selected to perform in the State FFA Choir: Aubrianna Smith has been selected for the fifth year in a row. Lola Grady has been selected for her second year. We would also like to congratulate Aubrianna Smith and Athena Breese for being selected for State FFA Talent

Huge congratulations to Ty Branen, Kyden Cunningham, Lane Loftin, and Aubrianna Smith! These four chapter members will be receiving their State FFA Degrees at the Oklahoma State FFA Convention in May! We look forward to seeing their hard work be rewarded as they receive their degree on stage!

Huge shoutout to our chapter president, Kyden Cunningham! Kyden competed in the FFA Auctioneering Preliminary competition and placed in the top 10. With Kyden's placement, he qualified to compete in the State FFA Auctioneering Contest at State Convention in May! We wish Kyden the best of luck as he prepares for the state contest!

Mark your calendars for the 28th! The Boosters are hosting their annual Chili Dinner at the Collinsville Veterans Building from 5-7 with a dessert auction starting at 6. In addition to enjoying chili and dessert, the Boosters will be raffling a brand new freezer including half a beef. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

Our chapter has had an eventful beginning to 2026! Our wildlife team competed in the State Wildlife Competition in Tahlequah, and members of our chapter exhibited livestock at the Owasso Cattle Show. In Tahlequah, our senior team placed fourth overall and Lane Loftin placed sixth overall as an individual. In Owasso, we had numerous members exhibit both cattle and pigs. Kyden Cunningham, McCade Summers, and Jayce Mcelyea exhibited cattle, with Kyden winning Grand Champion Prospect Steer and McCade winning Grand Overall Key Heifer and Reserve Prospect Steer. Hunter Johnson, Cashen Johnson, Evey Grady, and Taylor Owens exhibited pigs, with Cashen winning Grand and Reserve Market Hog, Evey won Grand Champion Spot, Hunter won Reserve Poland. We encourage everyone to stay warm as winter weather approaches!

This past Wednesday was our last Chapter Meeting of 2025! We met to discuss business, as well as build gingerbread houses and decorate cookies. We look forward to seeing everyone back on January 5th!

It has been a busy past two weeks for the chapter! Aubrianna and Josiah Smith attended the Lead 360 Leadership Conference at Camp Cargill in Sparks, OK . Our wildlife teams competed at the Leflore Wildlife Contest in Poteau, and at the Northeast Area competition in Tahlequah. In Poteau, our senior team placed second, including Owen Evicks, Josiah Smith, Lane Loftin, and Ty Branen. Lane Loftin placed fifth overall as an individual. In Tahlequah, Josiah Smith placed fourth overall. We look forward to seeing everyone at the December Chapter meeting on the 17th at 4:00 pm!

Our November chapter meeting is tomorrow, the 19th! We will be catering food from Charlie's Chicken, and members are encouraged to bring additional sides. We are excited to see everyone tomorrow at 6!

On Veterans Day, members of our chapter came together to set up and serve at the Veteran's Day breakfast in Collinsville. Members set up tables and chairs, while the officers served food to the veterans. We are very thankful for those who have served our country!

Members of our chapter attended the Fall Leadership Conference in Kellyville that included Journey of Hope yesterday. We listened to keynote speaker Blayne Arthur, the Oklahoma Secretary of Agriculture, explain how Oklahomans came together after the Oklahoma City Bombing. We also listened to breakout session speakers after the main session. Kass Newell, the Executive Vice President of OYE, told her life experiences and how she reached the point of leadership she is in today. Jessica Linnet, Mrs. Oklahoma of 2025, explained how little interactions with others can go a long way. Members also helped sort canned food for those in need for this upcoming holiday season.

Our Aubrianna Smith will be preforming today at 4:15 on the Main Stage at the National FFA Convention in the Talent Finals, she will be the 4th performance. Go to FFA.org and watch on FFA Live
