Today we are welcoming back our district staff for the first staff day of the 2026-2027 school year which means the first STUDENT DAY is right around the corner.

Monday, August 31st is the first student day of the 2026-2027 school year. Please find below the school calendar, which is also posted on the school district website. We look forward to not only an amazing year, but seeing so many smiling faces ready to learn! ✨

Join us on August 24th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Sharon Hill School for a fun, family-friendly celebration welcoming new and returning Southeast Delco students!

Did you know that Collingdale Athletic Club has provided sports to the youth in Collingdale for 58 years? Did you know the CAC offers year round sports for youth ages 5-16, with the lowest registration prices in Delco? Registeration is currently open for Soccer, register today! 💙🧡

Having Kona Ice of Delco and Southern Philadelphia at our Field Day was such a memorable experience! Our students and staff loved cooling off with a delicious shaved ice treat while enjoying a day full of fun, laughter, and outdoor activities. The smiles on everyone’s faces say it all! We are so grateful for you being part of our special day at Harris School.

Our second grade students, chaperons, and teachers from Harris School had the best day at the Philadelphia Zoo for their field trip! Their great moods didn’t let a little rain stop them from exploring all the exhibits and learning new information about all the different animals. 🦒🦓🦧🐍🕷️🦅

While the school year might be coming to an end, the fun isn't over yet! Get ready for Field Day, taking place June 4th.

Don't forget to pack that sunscreen, a hat, and a water bottle to stay hydrated for every competition.

Hello, families. Tomorrow is the spring concert, Thursday, May 14th, 7:00 PM at Academy Park.

All friends, family, and community members are invited to attend. The concert is free, no tickets needed!

All 1st-4th graders, students of Ms. Baumann & Mr. Puckett, and members of Harris Harmony are warmly invited to participate. In the interest of saving a few trees, there was no permission form for this concert.

6:00 - arrival time for band students identified by Ms. King

6:30 - arrival for all other performers

Dress - look nice, no ripped jeans or sweats
