🐉 CHS TRAP TEAM — JOIN THE DRAGONS! 🎯

Are you a 6th–12th grader interested in learning the sport of trap shooting, building confidence, making new friends, and being part of an incredible team? The Collierville High School Trap Team is looking for interested athletes to join us for the upcoming season!

🎯 MANDATORY PARENT/ATHLETE INFORMATION MEETING
📅 September 10, 2026
⏰ 6:00 PM
📍 Collierville High School Community Room

Who can participate?
The team is open to interested students in grades 6–12.

Requirements:
• Tennessee Hunters Education Safety Class
• Physical dated 4/11/2026 or later

💰 Team Costs:
• Middle School: $700 to Trap Team
• High School: $575 to Trap Team + $125 to school cash online
• Ammo: Varies by distributor
• Clay targets: $0.20–$0.30 each
• Approximately $3,000 total for the season

🏆 2026 AIM Youth Grand Nationals 🏆

The CHS Dragons made their way to Sparta, Illinois, for an incredible week of competition at the 2026 AIM Youth Grand Nationals! 🐉🎯

Our athletes took on a full lineup of shooting disciplines, including Sporting Clays, S***t, Singles, Doubles, and Extended Yard Line Trap. From early mornings to long days on the range, our Dragons put in the work, competed hard, and represented CHS with pride!

We’re celebrating many personal bests, new accomplishments, and plenty of memories made along the way. 🙌

The Dragons made a GREAT showing at Grand Nationals, and we couldn’t be more proud of the dedication, sportsmanship, and determination they brought to the range all week!

What a week at the TNSCTP State Championships! 🎯💙🧡

Our Collierville High School trap athletes competed all week in Sporting Clays, S***t, Trap, Doubles Trap, and Extended Yard Line Trap, representing the Dragons with determination, sportsmanship, and excellence.

🏆 State Champions! Congratulations to our Junior Varsity Trap Team for bringing home the Tennessee State Championship with an incredible team score of 459!

🥇 Heitt Rogers tied for 1st in JV Men with five other shooters and battled through a shoot-off to finish 5th overall.

🥈 Chase Manlove tied for 2nd in Intermediate Men and earned 2nd overall after a shoot-off.

👏 Charlie Coleman tied for 4th in Intermediate Ladies and finished 6th overall following a competitive shoot-off.

🏅 Congratulations to Hunter Blevins, who was recognized as the Muletown Trap Showdown Varsity Men’s Champion! Hunter earned the title back in April after posting an outstanding 198/200 over the two-day competition against shooters from across Tennessee.

We are incredibly proud of every Dragon who competed this season. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment have been on full display.

One more stop… Nationals in Sparta, Illinois! Let’s finish the season strong! 💙🧡🐉🎯

🔥🏆 Regional Competition Recap! 🏆🔥

The Dragons spent the last three days competing in Sporting Clays, Trap, and S***t at the regional competition. The heat was relentless, but our athletes showed grit, determination, and focus throughout the event.

🥉👏- Congratulations to Chase Manlove for taking 3rd place Intermediate/ Advanced Men!! Awesome shooting!!

We’re proud to celebrate several personal best scores and the hard work each shooter put in on the range. Every target broken was a testament to the countless hours of practice and dedication this season.

Now it’s time to set our sights on the next challenge—STATE COMPETITION in Nashville, TN! We can’t wait to see what this team accomplishes next.

The Collierville High School Trap Teams wrapped up the final regular season competition with fantastic conditions on the range and some outstanding performances—including several personal bests!

We’re especially proud to celebrate and recognize our seniors:

🎯 Harrison has been part of the CHS Trap Team for 7 years, showing dedication, focus, and teamwork every step of the way!
🎶🔧💻 Interests & Hobbies:
When he’s not shooting, Harrison enjoys playing piano, working on cars, and building computers—talk about a well‑rounded Dragon!
🏆 Favorite Memory:
Traveling to Nashville for state and earning 3rd place overall in the Intermediate Division—an accomplishment to be proud of!
🎓📚 Post‑Graduation Plans:
Harrison will attend Auburn University this fall to study Civil Engineering and has been accepted into the Honors College. War Eagle! 🦅
