Teacher Appreciation Week is in full swing! Our teachers were treated to loaded teas from C’ville Social on Monday, and today was Taco Tuesday from Ce’ces Taco Bar! Our teachers and staff are the very best and we hope they feel spoiled this week!!

Week 1 of TCAP is complete! We began the week with our annual breakfast celebration to express appreciation to our dedicated teachers who have tirelessly worked to prepare these students. Thank you teachers!!

Congrats to our very own Mrs. Marie Millikin!! She is this year’s recipient of The Tennessee PTA Life Achievement Award! This is the highest honor from Tennessee PTA. It is given to a person who acts as a tireless advocate for children's education, health, and well-being and exemplifies the mission of PTA.
This is so well deserved and we sure are grateful for the wonderful Mrs. Millikin!! 🎶🎹🎤

Today, the state PTA recognized 5 winners from Tara Oaks! These students represented us so well in the Reflections Contest/citizenship essay contest and we are so proud!!
