Today, we pause to give thanks to God as we celebrate these faithful employees of Central Learning Center who have dedicated 5, 15, 20, and 25 years of service.
These milestones represent far more than years of employment—they are years of answering God's call to love, teach, nurture, and invest in the lives of His precious children. Every lesson taught, every prayer whispered, every tear comforted, every milestone celebrated, and every act of kindness has been a reflection of Christ's love.
Your faithfulness has been a blessing to our students, families, and the entire Central Learning Center community.
We thank God for each of you and for the gifts, wisdom, and compassion He has entrusted to your care. May He continue to strengthen you, guide your steps, and richly bless the work of your hands as you continue serving with excellence and love. Your legacy is being written in the hearts of the children you serve, and your impact will last for generations.

Alicia worked at CLC many years ago and was a dedicated employee who loved getting to know the families and children. She made a positive impact on everyone she encountered and was always willing to share her faith. While we will miss her, we know she is healthy and whole in Heaven with the Savior she served so well throughout her life. Thank you, Alicia, for being an example to all of us on the importance of relationships and service.

We are saddened to say that long-time Central Church staff member Alicia Miehe has passed away, but we are filled with joy to know she is united to her Lord and Savior in eternity. Memorial details can be found below. She will be dearly missed.

We never say "Goodbye," just "So long". Ms. Barbara has been an example of a servant's heart for over 25 years at Central. Barbara's commitment has been more than just showing up each day—it has been a reflection of her character, her faith, and her genuine concern for others. Through changes, she has remained steady, dependable, and encouraging to those around her. I had the privilege of teaching both of her now-adult children and will always think fondly of this entire family. We will miss all of them as they move to California, but she is now going to be a full-time grandma!

Jesus loves us so much that he chose to give His life on the cross to take away our sins so we could be in Heaven for eternity.

Ms. Lorraine’s class had a roaring good time today! 🦁✨

Our little learners showed off their creativity with these adorable animal masks, and we couldn’t be more proud of their hard work and big smiles (hiding behind those fierce faces 😉).

Many of you who have been part of Central for many years and have had the opportunity to meet or see Mr. Bubba. This week, Mr. Bubba officially retired from Central, and he will be greatly missed. Over the past 28 years, he has faithfully served Central Church and CLC in many different capacities, and we are truly grateful for all he has done.

While we will certainly miss him, we are excited for this next chapter in his life as he enjoys being a full-time Grandpa to his wonderful grandchildren.
