Muscle gain, weight loss, toning up, fat burn

The negative stretch is where the growth comes in the muscle.

So 2020 has been quite the negative year. My question is are we going to grow from all this? Or are we just gonna put more weight on us when we cant handle it? Has 2020 made us stronger or weaker? Has 2020 made you get upset over things you’ve lost? Or has it it made you more grateful for what you still have? Positive things that happen in our lives comes and goes very quickly and negative things seem to take forever. But these negative times are to be growing times for us. We need to learn to grow as a community and as a country and work TOGETHER, not against each other. Stay strong America!!!!!

Id like to make a challenge for everyone who wants a change in their life. 2 months from now is March 3rd. With this being the beginning of the month and year lets see if your goals are to gain weight and muscle or lose weight and burn fat. Arm measurements for me is at 15inches. And weight is at 163. Alright everyone I apologize for not making anything as of lately. I have videos but have not uploaded them yet. Here’s the thing, i meant to make this two days ago but things weren’t good that day. I have less than a month til my bday and im setting sail on that day as well. I really need all the encouragement i can get cause my energy and discipline for the gym have not been good. I had a 3 month plan but life got in the way.

Alright yall i know i havent been posting much lately but, make sure you are staying well hydrated. I got sick enough that i had to call in today, which I haven’t done in probably a decade. But this heat seams to be quite brutal

Ok, this is the Bicep curl using a bar, now during this assessment, I lifted one leg a few degrees up to make the curl more difficult. This helps with core strength and balance.

There are several variations, by also alternating each arm during this assessment. Remember to keep the bend at the elbow during the negative stretch at a 90* angle

Basically this demo is for the proper way to do a squat. Yes this also involves where to place your hands on a bar for balance. Remember to try to keep your feet aligned with your knees and make sure when performing this, make sure your knees are in line with your feet

This is a push-up demonstration video for you to do do, without the ability of making time for the gym. Now of course this can be done almost anywhere, but here is a clip of doing this as a standard push-up and an incline push-up for progression, meaning a harder challenge.
