There’s another reason why individuals are attempting to outlaw diversity in environments who that’s because homogeneity of experiences leaves you stuck. It puts a limit on your growth. Your potential. Your evolution. Individuals in spaces without diversity are putting a ceiling on their future. And that’s what the oppressive forces want. Because the less you think. The less you challenge. So many people think education and growth is limited to university courses and webinars and that’s not true. We learn through experiences and conversations and reading. The less you learn, the easier you are to control.
