Colleyville Covenant Christian Academy Classical Christian Education; Championship Athletics; Exemplary Fine Arts; Biblical Worldview

CCA was established in 1979 as a distinctively Christian school that partners with Christian families. Fully non-denominational with over 600 students from ages PreK3 through grade 12. Families go through a well defined admissions process so that the school community consists of parents who are like-minded in their Christian walk. The school fosters an attitude of partnership with parents so that the students understand teachers are working with them and their parents to help with accomplish the educational and spiritual goals.

💙🧡 THE PEOPLE BEHIND COVENANT 💙🧡

Meet Devin Schneider, our 5th & 6th Grade Science Teacher and CCA Alum. She’s been teaching for 14 years and is in her fourth year at Covenant.

For Devin, science is about so much more than what’s in a textbook. “Studying science showcases God's order and creativeness, and his care and precision. Tying the study of science back to God's word and His character is one way that I hope my students learn to shine as lights in this world.”

Her prayer for her students comes from Philippians 2:14–16: “that they come to know Christ and develop a deep relationship with Him so that they can be lights in the world.” ✨

Ms. Schneider knows Covenant from both sides of the classroom. An alum of the Class of 2008, she returned to CCA years later after God called her back to “teach about His grace and goodness.”

Behind every classroom, hallway, and student is a person with a story. We’re thankful to know Ms. Schneider’s. 💙

Today’s the day! We are excited to officially welcome Mr. Tige Watson to Covenant Christian Academy as our new Assistant Head of School! Mr. Watson brings extensive experience in Christian school leadership, student and parent engagement, spiritual formation, school safety, and organizational leadership, along with a deep commitment to Christ-centered education and student formation.

As he begins his first day at Covenant, help us give Mr. Watson a warm Covenant welcome! We are grateful the Lord has brought him to our community and look forward to all that is ahead. 🧡💙

Each October, our CCA juniors take the PSAT/NMSQT, which is used to calculate their selection index scores and determine their national standing. This year, three of our CCA students received a Letter of Commendation, signifying their designation as a Commended Student in the National Merit Scholarship Program.

This places them among the top 50,000 students who entered the National Merit Program by taking the 2025 test. They are among approximately 34,000 Commended Students nationwide who have demonstrated exceptional academic promise. Only about 2.6% of students nationwide who enter the National Merit Program receive the Commended designation, making this a truly special accomplishment.

Please help us congratulate Tim Castello, Luke Bullington, and Grady Henderson on this excellent achievement. We are very proud of all the hard work and dedication that went into this achievement and, even more so, we celebrate the Lord’s goodness in shaping them into wonderful young men of character. Congratulations on this well-earned honor.

Learning comes to life in so many ways at Covenant! 🍎🚌

Our 1st graders celebrated Apple Day with hands-on activities that brought their classroom learning to life, while our 3rd graders headed off campus for a field trip to the Institute for Creation Research!

From special days on campus to experiences beyond the classroom, we love seeing our elementary students learn, explore, and make memories together. 🧡💙
