About the Speaker:
After more than three decades of leading Texas A&M soccer, Coach G. Guerrieri retired this past year as one of the most accomplished coaches in NCAA women’s soccer history. During his tenure, he led the Aggies to 18 conference championships, including 10 regular-season titles and eight conference tournament championships. He also earned five Conference Coach of the Year awards and five NSCAA Central Region Coach of the Year honors.

Guerrieri finished his career with 523 victories, becoming just the fifth NCAA Division I women’s soccer coach to reach the 500-win milestone. In 31 seasons at Texas A&M, he guided the Aggies to 28 NCAA Tournament appearances, including 16 Sweet 16s, seven Elite Eights, and the program’s 2014 NCAA Women’s College Cup appearance.

His impact extended beyond the field, as the Aggies consistently excelled academically, earning their 14th consecutive United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award in 2025 and regularly posting the highest team GPA in Texas A&M Athletics.

Introducing our third speaker, Tiana Jean Sanford ‘04, who will present about Integrity!! Spots are still open for One Day Delegates and Late Registration!

About the speaker:
Tiana Jean Sanford is the Professional Development Bureau Chief, overseeing multiple divisions including: the Misdemeanor Division and Juvenile Division as well as the training and development efforts of prosecutors. Sanford got her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University and her law degree from The University of Houston Law Center. She started her prosecution career in Montgomery County where she began as a misdemeanor prosecutor, served as a Chief prosecutor in multiple County and District Courts, as well as Specialized Crime Sections and as a Division Chief of the Intake, Misdemeanor and Special Crimes Divisions before she joined Harris County. She has been honored with the White Hat Award recognizing her commitment to justice and community. She served as the presiding officer of the Montgomery County  Sexual Assault Response Team and was appointed to the Prosecutor’s Working Group of the Governor’s Sexual Assault Survivors Task Force where she currently serves as Co-Chair.

She established the Montgomery County District Attorney Internship Program and served as Chair of the Hiring Committee. Sanford established the Montgomery County Citizens’ Prosecutor Academy. Sanford also served as a Legislative Liaison to the Texas State Legislature during the 84th through 88th legislative sessions.

She is an active member of the Texas District and County Attorneys Association where she serves as a member of the Diversity Recruitment and Retention Committee and the Training Committee. She received the C. Chris Marshall award for distinguished faculty from the organization honoring her commitment to the education of Texas Prosecutors. She also teaches law students as an adjunct member of the faculty at Baylor Law School. She is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, serving on the Criminal Pattern Jury Charge Committee and is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She serves on the Advisory Board of The Bush School of Government and Public Service.

We are so excited to announce our final Focus Group Leader, Dr. Elizabeth Robinson! We can’t wait to have her back! Regular Registration closes tomorrow, so be sure to sign up before prices increase and spots fill up!!

Now as an Instructional Professor, Dr. Robinson has taught at A&M since 1990 and has served the interests of faculty since 2004 when she was one of the faculty members active in the reformation of the Faculty Senate Subcommittee on the Status of Non-Tenure Track Faculty (now the University Committee for the Status of Academic Professional Track Faculty).  Dr. Robinson served as Secretary from 2004-2014 and served as a representative of the College of Arts and Sciences through Spring 2024.  As a member of this committee, she was involved in drafting the university policy that created the second APT track (Instructional/Clinical/Research Professor) that is now in use at TAMU. She has served as a University Level Reader for APT Promotions and on the APT University Promotion Committee.  In addition, she has served on ad hoc committees at both the department and college levels that worked to revise department and college by-laws after the formation of the second APT faculty track.  In addition to regularly serving on most of the department standing committees, Dr. Robinson consistently served on promotion committees for APT faculty.  She has served on the English Department Evaluation Advisory Committee, and she served on the College of Arts & Sciences Dean’s Advisory Committee for the Promotion of APT Faculty (DAC-APT) from 2021-2023, having served on the same committee in the College of Liberal Arts from 2017-2021.  Dr. Robinson also serves on the AFS Distinguished Achievement Award for Individual Student Engagement Selection Committee. Most importantly, she is a dedicated instructor, having designed multiple English courses, advised dozens of Undergraduate Thesis projects and honors contracts, and served on MA committees.  She has also mentored Graduate Assistant Teachers.  She is the founding advisor of a student group, the Aggie Kolbitar Society, and has served as a Focus Group Leader for the MSC Fall Leadership Conference since 2022.

In his current role in Student Development for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Robert Sturdivant’s work is split between two key areas. On one side, he leads recruitment strategy in partnership with 15 academic departments to identify and connect with top prospective students. Through this collaborative effort, the team reaches over 40,000 students, families, and stakeholders across the country each year. On the other side, Sturdivanat has the privilege of advising current students through organizations like the COALS Student Council, COALS Freshman Experience, and Collegiate Farm Bureau.
At the heart of everything Sturdivant does is a passion for creating spaces where students can grow, discover who they are, and step confidently into leadership. He deeply values discipleship, mentorship, and investing in the next generation. As a two-time Aggie himself, he knows firsthand what this place can mean for someone, and he is excited to meet all of you soon.

Katy Lane, Ph.D. is the director of the Center for International Business Studies and a clinical assistant faculty in the Department of Management at Mays Business School. She has worked in international education at Texas A&M for more than 15 years, impacting countless Aggies with new programs and initiatives. This summer, she will lead her 14th study abroad program.
Dr. Lane received her B.A. in Mathematics, her M.S. in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences, and her Ph.D. in Leadership, Education and Communications from Texas A&M University. As a student, she served as an officer in Class Councils and her residence hall, a Vice President in the Student Government Association, and President of the Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC). She was also a member of the first Texas A&M Women’s Cross Country team to complete in the National Championship and co-founded Aggies Can which celebrated 25 years last fall.
Dr. Lane enjoys volunteering at church, helping around the family hobby farm, and watching Aggie sports with her husband, Keith, and their two children. She and Keith are now the proudest of Aggie Parents, as their son is part of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2030.

About the speaker:
Colonel (retired) Pauletta D. Blueitt ’81 is a native of Nacogdoches, Texas. Upon graduation from high school, she was awarded a 4-year Air Force ROTC scholarship and joined the Fightin’ Texas Aggies Corps of Cadets in the Fall of 1977 as a member of the fourth freshman class of women in the Corps. Pauletta graduated from Texas A&M University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and was commissioned as an ROTC Distinguished Graduate and 2nd Lieutenant into the U.S. Air Force. She received her Master of Health Administration degree with Honors from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO in 1989.

Col (ret) Blueitt served as a Health Care Executive in the Air Force for 28 ½ years, retiring in 2009. She was the first African American female to attain the rank of O-6 in her career field, the Medical Service Corps, and is a Life Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

In 2015, Col (ret) Blueitt and her husband, COL (U.S. Army retired) Odis R. Blueitt ‘82, established an endowed scholarship for students pursuing an undergraduate degree from the School of Public Health (SPH), with a preference for members of the Corps. In 2021, Col (ret) Blueitt was the first female to be inducted into the TAMU Corps of Cadets Hall of Honor. She currently serves as Association of Former Students Representative-at-Large, Chairman of the SPH External Advisory Committee to the Dean, and is a member of the SPH Development Council, Corps of Cadets Board of Visitors, Corps of Cadets Association, Black Former Student Network, and she is a major donor to the Minerva’s Finest Endowed Scholarship, which honors the contributions of Women in the Corps. She is also a proud Silver Life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Alpha Alpha Xi Omega Chapter.
