Kindergarten Book Tour 2026 is officially complete! 📚

After months of planning by our Community Outreach Executive, we visited 13 elementary schools across the Bryan–College Station community and donated hundreds of books.

From wrapping the two books each child received, to sorting donations and scheduling volunteers, so much hard work went into making this program a success. We are incredibly proud of for her dedication and leadership in creating such a meaningful experience for our members and the children.

Thank you to everyone who participated! You helped provide children with reading materials they may not have access to and we hope you all had an amazing experience reading with the kids!

Last weekend, we had the opportunity to give back to the Bryan-College station community by participating in The Big Event. Our members had a great time at their different job sites pulling weeds, painting, cleaning windows, and so much more! Some of our members even got to canoeing! 🛶

Our annual Kindergarten Book Tour starts next week and we are so excited!

Kindergarten Book Tour is a week-long annual program!

MSC Hospitality plans in the Spring semester involving local elementary schools (Led by our amazing community outreach subcommittee!)

Volunteers will be visiting the kindergarten classes in participating elementary schools, reading to the children, and donating books to each child
This program aims to promote a love for reading inside and outside of the classroom, encourage lifelong learning, and provide reading materials to students who may not have access to them.

Yesterday, some of our members shared about their national origin. We had such a great time learning about different cultures and even a few new words!

We explored Indonesia 🇮🇩, Jordan 🇯🇴, Romania 🇷🇴, Venezuela 🇻🇪, and Vietnam 🇻🇳. It was so special to hear everyone’s stories and see how culture shapes us in so many different ways. Swipe to see a recap of each country!
