Founder Kenya Hensley is at Agape School House today from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., welcoming families affected by the sudden closure of Peas in a Pod.

Families seeking placement for PreK 3 through First Grade are invited to tour our school, enjoy the playground, and meet our chickens and schoolhouse bunny.

All initial enrollment fees and September tuition will be waived. Financial assistance and scholarship options may also be available.

Families receiving Texas Workforce Solutions CCS assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. No family should have to choose between continuing to work, finding a safe learning environment for their child, and paying the bills at home.

For families affected by the unexpected closure of Peas in a Pod, Agape School House currently has openings in its Primary classroom for children ages 3–6.

To help ease the financial burden of this sudden transition, Agape is offering:

• September tuition waived
• No registration or application fee (a $125 savings)
• No enrollment deposit required

Agape offers tuition that is more affordable than many local daycare programs, along with a high-quality private-school curriculum, certified educators, small class sizes, and a nurturing learning environment.

Our doors will be open all day Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for families who would like to tour the school house.

Just like that, we welcomed our scholars and wrapped up the first week of Year 2! 💛

From our staff to your family, thank you for choosing Agape. 💛 This beautiful night was a reminder of what makes our schoolhouse so special: the families, educators, and community who believe in our mission.

Join Agape School House for our Fall 2026 Friday Jam Sessions, hands-on enrichment for homeschool students in PreK through Middle School!

Choose TWO courses:

📅 Fridays | 1:00–3:30 p.m.
💰 Two courses: $400
📚 Supply fee: $100
✅ Registration fee waived
💙 TEFA Homeschool Funds accepted

Space is limited to maintain small-group ratios and meaningful hands-on learning. All course proceeds go directly to the educators leading the sessions.
