Howdy Ags! Join us on October 15th in MSC L110 as the DMS collaborates with University Health Services (UHS) for the school year’s first DMS Presents: A WHOOP! As Midterms ramp up, we would like to provide you with all the tips on how you can overcome midterm burnout.

UHS will give information on how you can manage your stress in a holistic way with an interactive presentation. There is an opportunity to ask questions, talk to DMS and UHS about resources, and join DMS in some fun games! FREE SNACKS AND DRINKS will be provided.

The Department of Multicultural Services invites you to participate in our upcoming Explorations Trip to Galveston, Texas, on Saturday, September 20, as we visit Texas A&M at Galveston and Moody Gardens. This enriching experience will include a tour of Texas A&M at Galveston campus and a couple of Moody Gardens’ most renowned attractions. Participants will also enjoy lunch at the Moody Gardens Food Court. Students who register to attend by Friday, September 5th, will have their lunch covered by DMS. This trip offers Texas A&M students a unique opportunity to engage with marine and rainforest environments through direct observation and exploration. Backyard Explorations: First Friday Experience is an engaging kick-off event designed to connect students with each other and the local community. Join DMS on Friday, September 5, 2025, 5–10 p.m. for a fun evening starting with a delicious homegrown dinner on campus before we shuttle to downtown Bryan for First Friday. Explore local art, food, music, and businesses alongside fellow Aggies. Complete unique challenges for a chance to win prizes and discover new favorite spots in your college town. Transportation, dinner, and all activities are FREE—just come as you are and rest assured, we will have you back before Midnight Yell!

You’re invited to the DMS Welcome Social - our annual fall networking and community-building event for incoming students. Come build connections with other incoming Aggies, upper-class students, and our staff. We will kick things off with a welcome and then move to DMS office spaces where you can engage in activities, explore resources, and meet people who will feel like family soon! There will be FREE food, drinks, and awesome giveaways, so don’t miss out! 🎉
