A multidisciplinary engineering technology student, Texas A&M Corps of Cadets member and Army ROTC scholar, Rex has earned one of the U.S. Army’s most selective commissions as a cyber operations officer.
Drawing on his education in mechatronics and embedded systems and the leadership experience he gained at Texas A&M University, he’s preparing to defend our nation against modern cyber threats while leading soldiers with integrity and purpose.

Sometimes the most powerful innovations start with a mother’s hope ❤️
After years of watching her son, David, struggle to breathe at night, Carolyn Hardy reached out for help and Texas A&M Biomedical Engineering faculty member Dr. Charles Patrick answered with a resounding yes. A team of biomedical engineering seniors then spent nine months building a device that would give David something priceless: a safer night’s sleep and a future filled with possibility.
