Researchers within the Human Clinical Research Facility (HCRF) at Texas A&M University are recruiting approximately 120 healthy males and females between 18 and 60 years of age with a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18 and 30 to try different sources of Vitamin C. Five total visits over approximately one month will be required and this study involves blood draws. The first visit requires approximately one hour. The final four visits require approximately eight hours each. Eligible participants will receive $600 after completing the entire study and after all study related documents (i.e., food logs, side-effects assessments, etc.) are returned.
