Our Staff highlight of the month is all about Angela!

We asked a few rapid-fire questions and here’s what she told us:

Favorite type of food: Anything Asian, if I’m having a bad day I’ll get Thai or Phō.
Favorite F4M workout format: I really enjoy Strides 360!
Best memory at Fit4Mom: Oh gosh, how do I pick just one? I loved watching Clara run around at the her first FIT4MOM Easter egg hunt.
Best vacation you’ve ever taken: Honeymoon to big island Hawaii
Favorite genre of book to read: Sci-fi/fantasy
TV shows or movies?: Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Star Trek, the expanse.

Mom of the Month - JUNE
Kathy C. is our Mom of the Month!

We asked what her favorite part of FIT4MOM is and here’s what she said:
“FIT4MOM BCS has been a great way for me to connect with other moms and stay active during postpartum! My toddler loves going to class where she gets to run, dance, and play with other kids. She looks forward to crafting and playing at the playground every Friday!”

We also found out what her hobbies are outside of motherhood and she told us: “Some of my favorite things are reading, thrifting, and baking!”

We are so proud of you, Kathy!
