The Texas A&M University Public Policy Internship Program (PPIP) was established in 1999 by Dr. Ray Bowen, then President of Texas A&M University, to respond to society’s increasing interest and participation in public policy issues and programs. Since then approximately 400 Aggies have interned in Washington, D.C., and Austin, TX. PPIP is coordinated from the office of the Associate Provost for Undergraduate Studies. This allows the program to be coordinated centrally through the colleges to provide an integrated academic and policy-related program for the campus and community. Since its inception, PPIP has expanded to include internships in Austin, Texas, during the Texas legislative session. Most recently, PPIP has expanded to Paris, France, – sending students to work for the U.S.

Howdy Aggies!

Policy Internship Programs (home to PPIP & ANRP) have organized our fall merch drop this semester and wanted to extend the offer to all Aggies! Whether you are former or current intern, friend or parent, this is open to all!

Our fall merch drop includes two awesome Comfort Colors screen printed t-shirts for $16 each and feature iconic Texas A&M and DC images! While they will be delivered to College Station, they can be taken to DC to pick or we can reach out to ship as well!
