Presentation week was a huge success!
Students from LAND 311 connected with Parrie Haynes and presented powerful contributions that will help make the case for a new state park designation. We hope the Friends of Parrie Haynes can use this work to preserve the 4,500 acres for sustained public use.
Students from PLAN 661 partnered with the Town of Pine Island and displayed their creative designs, innovative engagement, and community-driven ideas for the creation of their first comprehensive plan!
A special thank you to the faculty who guided these projects and to the students whose hard work continues to strengthen the connection between Texas A&M and communities across Texas.
