It is the oldest Montessori school in the College Station, having served the community and been a member of the American Montessori Society since 1984. The school is home to students 18 months to 3 years, 3 to 6 years, 6 to 9 years, and 9 to 12 years old who learn in a mixed-age environment. The classrooms are equipped with the latest materials and curriculum recommended by the American Montessori Society. In addition to working with the traditional Montessori curriculum, Aggieland Country School students are immersed in studies of Spanish, music, and drama. Children are lovingly taught by an experienced and well-educated faculty credentialed in Montessori education. The school is located on three acres allowing children to enjoy nature walks, gardening, raising chickens, and lots of outdoor time.
