Just a reminder: The Diversity Committee of the Department of Communication is holding a film screening and lecture Today at 6:00 PM, Zachry 102. Dr. Amanda Martinez of Davidson College will be giving a lecture on communication and the politics of inclusion following the film Our Family Wedding.

The Africana Studies Program has an exciting line up of events for the program's new series “Conversations on Transnational Blackness.” Tomorrow is the start of this series, and will be the presentation and conversation by Dr. Fadeke Castor titled “Meeting Ifa at the Source in Ile Ife, Nigeria: Notes from the Diaspora” at 2 pm. We hope that you will attend this conversation as well as the others to come.

The Diversity Committee of the Department of Communication is holding a film screening and lecture on Monday, October 14th, 6:00 PM, Zachry 102. Dr. Amanda Martinez of Davidson College will be giving a lecture on communication and the politics of inclusion following the film Our Family Wedding.
