👏Student Spotlight: Ainsley Cunningham (MSAT 2027)

April kudos go to Ainsley Cunningham, who is completing her spring clinical assignment with Texas A&M Women's Soccer.

This is what her preceptor said. "Ainsley has been a strong student for us at Women's soccer! Her enthusiasm for this profession shows each day she is at clinicals. Ainsley has strong interpersonal skills, works great with patients, and is calm and collected each day at clinicals, and overall brings joy into the athletic training room! He is always professional and does a great job when he has been thrown into action whether it’s been dealing with face lacerations or severe knee injuries. Our program is honored to have Lori Greenwood, PhD, LAT, ATC, and Mikaela Spooner, PhD, featured in the 2026 IPER Research & Awards Showcase Spotlight Presentation. Their presentation, Behavioral Health Intervention and IPE Collaboration Between Athletic Training and Psychology, demonstrates how interprofessional education can enhance behavioral health interventions and student learning.

Student Spotlight: Riley Rohrbach (MSAT 2026)

Congratulations to Riley for receiving the Department of Kinesiology and Sport Management's Graduate Student Award for Athletic Training. Riley is an outstanding representative of the MSAT program and KNSM, and she is a deserving recipient of this award. Whoop!
