Wrapping up the school year with a small thank you to the teachers who make such a big impact. 💙

We loved getting to stop by a few of our partner schools to celebrate all the hard work, care, and dedication that goes into every school year.

We’re grateful for the educators who partner with us to support students and LevelUp their futures!

We're so glad we could be a part of student learning through college campus tours! 🎓

Grand Prairie ISD AVID students wrapped up an amazing year of college campus tours! 🎓✨ Thanks to our AVID site coordinators, these students had the opportunity to visit campuses including Paul Quinn College, East Texas A&M University, The University of Texas at Arlington, University of North Texas, Texas A&M University, and many more. We’re excited to continue creating even more college exploration opportunities for GPISD students!

We can confirm… this is definitely a cool job 👀

Our team had the opportunity to visit the Human Behavior Lab in the Texas A&M Department of Agricultural Economics and see the technology Dr. Palma uses to study how we make decisions.

From eye tracking to real-time experiments, it was fascinating to see how research comes to life and how scientists better understand human behavior.

A big thank you to Dr. Palma for the invitation and for continuing to share his work with young learners in such an engaging way!

If you have not listened yet, be sure to check out his episode "Why is it hard to make good choices?" on Orbit, where he answers kids’ questions about decision-making and behavioral economics!

WRCC students spent the semester exploring career clusters through their Career Club, and to celebrate the end of the year, 22 students in grades 3–6 traveled to KidZania Dallas for a hands on career exploration experience sponsored by LevelUp Texas ✨

Throughout the day, students stepped into real world roles in healthcare, aviation, culinary arts, media, public safety, business, technology, and more inside KidZania’s kid sized city designed to introduce students to future careers in a fun and engaging way.

As they rotated through career stations, students practiced communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem solving while completing workplace style challenges and earning KidZos along the way.

Experiences like these help students connect what they are learning to the world around them and begin imagining what their future could look like! 💡

Science got a little messy in the best way 🧪

Students from the GT program at Alief Hearne Elementary School spent the day at Funtastik Labs exploring hands-on experiments and discovering how science connects to the real world.

From creating “magic” snow and custom bouncy balls to launching bubble eruptions and making clay wands, students were fully engaged in the learning process. Along the way, they also learned how the science behind these activities connects to everyday products and careers.

We were excited to help support this experience and spend the day alongside students as they explored, experimented, and learned outside the classroom!
