🌧️ End of Year Bash Rain Plan Update 🌧️

After monitoring the weather and coordinating with campus administration and vendors, we will officially move forward with the End of Year Bash Rain Plan tomorrow.

Even if the rain clears, outdoor fields will remain extremely muddy and unsafe for use. To safely accommodate activities indoors, adjusted grade-level activity times will be used throughout the day — but the FUN is still happening! 🎉

🕒 Schedule:
• 8:00–10:00 AM: Middle School
• 10:30 AM–12:00 PM: PK, Kinder & 1st
• 12:00–1:30 PM: 2nd & 3rd
• 1:30–3:00 PM: 4th & 5th

🍎 Sack lunches are encouraged for easier classroom transitions, though cafeteria lunches will still be available.

⚠️ Due to limited indoor space, only previously approved PTO volunteers signed up for the event will be permitted on campus.

👟 Student Attire:
• Athletic shorts/pants
• T-shirts
• Closed-toe athletic shoes that can easily slip on/off for inflatables

Families may check students out after their scheduled bash time through their Homeroom Teacher and start summer early! ☀️

What a totally rad night at our Middle School Retro Spring Dance! 🪩🎶✨

From the neon colors to the throwback jams, our Eagles had an unforgettable night making memories with friends.

A huge thank you to Lucas Construction for helping us bring in DJ Stein and keep the party going! 🎧

And a very special thank you to Eddy Constancio for generously donating her time and talents to create the amazing photo setup! 📸 She absolutely nailed the retro vibes and gave our students the perfect backdrop for fun memories.

We also loved seeing students give back by helping stock our classrooms with school supply donations for our teachers. Thank you to everyone who helped make the night possible! 💙💛

Instead of purchasing a ticket, we are asking each student to help us stock our classrooms by bringing a school supply donation to enter. 💙

We have three fun-filled sessions based on grade levels:
• PK – 2nd Grade: 10:15 AM – 12:30 PM
• 3rd – 5th Grade: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• 6th – 8th Grade: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Start your day with the big kids!)

✅ How to Help:
We need volunteers to help monitor the water slides, manage the splash zones, and keep the energy high! It’s the perfect way to see the kids’ smiles firsthand before summer break begins.
