Every summer, the Texas A&M Poultry Science Department welcomes around 250 youth campers from across the country to Aggieland. As the largest Poultry Judging Camp in the nation, we are determined to provide students with a hands-on education and experience learning from our national champion judging program, here at Texas A&M.

Sponsors play a vital role in helping us provide students with necessary tools, housing, transportation, meals and activities, creating an authentic and unique Aggie experience!

Today, students from across the state will put their poultry judging skills to the test at Texas 4-H State Roundup. There is a lot on the line today. The champion team will have the opportunity to represent Texas at the National 4-H Poultry and Egg Conference in Kentucky this fall!

Your hard work, early mornings, practice classes, and dedication have led you to this moment. Enjoy the experience, trust what you have learned, and take pride in how far you have come!!

Texas 4-H Roundup week is here, and we are excited to welcome 4-H members, families, ag educators, and Extension agents to College Station! 🍀🐓

If you are attending Roundup this week, make plans to stop by the College Career Fair in Reed Arena and visit with us! We will be there today, tomorrow and Thursday, ready to talk ALL things poultry, college, career opportunities, and life as a Poultry Science Aggie.
