Take off your baby’s bow when they are in their car seat.
As a first-time girl mom I had no idea. On the way home from the hospital my daughter’s bow fell right over her face. I jumped into the back and took it off immediately.
She was safe but it could have blocked her breathing. No one told me about this so I want other parents to know. Accessories in car seats can be dangerous. Simple cute things can become a hazard when your baby cannot move them.
Your baby’s safety comes first even before the cutest outfit.
