Aggie Women In Leadership (AWIL) AWIL is a women's leadership organization that is dedicated to promoting female leadership and awareness of global women's issues on Texas A&M's campus.

Aggie Women in Leadership (AWIL) is a women’s leadership organization designed to promote female leadership and awareness of global women’s issues on Texas A&M University’s campus. The major goals of Aggie Women in Leadership are to provide leadership skills training for undergraduate Aggie women, to create opportunities for women’s leadership and involvement on campus, and to plan and execute an annual International Women’s Day celebration. AWIL focuses on each woman’s leadership strengths and goals while also raising awareness of the issues that affect women on a national and international level. Participants in AWIL develop their leadership skills through learning events, participation in Women’s Resource Center programming, and the celebration of International Women’s Day, all while creating lasting friendships with other driven and ambitious female leaders at Texas A&M.
