Pecan Trail Intermediate student Caroline Hu recently represented College Station ISD on the national stage at the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C. Hu advanced to the third round of competition, completed the challenging written test, and finished with a national ranking of 96th in her first appearance at the national event.

More than 100 of the 247 competitors were returning national spellers, making Hu’s performance in her first appearance especially notable.

Throughout the summer, breakfast and lunch will be available at select CSISD locations for children 18 and under. No paperwork. No registration. Just show up during serving times.
